Maintenance Agreements    TELE-SOLUTIONS provides a one year warranty as part of the system investment that includes parts and labor on the initial list of equipment under normal conditions. There are two options after the first year: TIME AND MATERIAL: You are billed for each service call at $ 85.00 per man-hour (one hour minimum) and for parts used. Remote programming is billed at $42.50 per hour (one hour minimum). FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: A complete maintenance package that includes all parts, labor and employee training, will be made available to you each year following the initial warranty period. Specific maintenance agreement pricing for the equipment is listed in the proposal on the financial page Increases or decreases in your annual rate are determined by the Consumer Price Index, service history and changes to your system's configuration.   Return to Our Services
